I bring all my work to him. I bought a used car from Carlos. The car had an issue after the sale and Carlos took care of it. I recently bought a second car from Team Toyota Langhorne, and I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I bought a Toyota Corolla which, unfortunately it has some scratches on front and rear bumper as well as 2 dents on the left passenger's door. The sales consultant assured me that the dealership can take care of it at no charge, but because we bought the car on Saturday, he told me to call on Monday to schedule an appointment with the body shop and referred to some person.
So, I called Team Toyota of Langhorne and first it took them quite a while to find that person the sales consultant either gave me a wrong name or told to contact a different department , then, in 20 minutes, after i was connected to that person he didn't pick up the phone, so i had to leave a voicemail. One and half our later and 3 more calls, no one got back to me. I spoke to some lady from body shop and she referred me to some other person and promised that they will get back to me within an hour - 1. This was my second purchase from Team Toyota of Langhorne and I regret it as never before.
My biggest concern when buying the car in that condition was that i'll have to deal with all that, and now it has been about 3 hours and I can't make an appointment to fix the scratches. We bought a Rav4 from Mark G, he was extremely helpful and easy going. The Sales Managers Chris E worked with us to get the price we were looking for. I will be a Team Toyota of Langehorn customer for life.
